As a queer Chinese American woman and a child of immigrants, I value the importance of reaching out to underserved communities so that everyone has an equitable opportunity to thrive as a rocket scientist. Both in and out of my professional life, I strive to make the world we live in more just through leadership, outreach, and mentorship.
Watch the video on the left to see the talk I gave at a sticky nightclub in downtown Ann Arbor about some of the cool research I do! In other videos, you can hear me speak to young women in STEM about my journeys through academia and mental health.
If you have an outreach or mentorship opportunity, please don't hesitate to contact me.
